In today's world, women are busier than ever!  And more and more, women keep packing on more and more priorities.  With all the juggling we do, we barely have enough time for sleep - let alone prepare a healthy meal or plan some time for exercise...


What is the Goddess Boot Camp? The Goddess Boot Camp is a weekend outdoor fitness program for women that offers fitness instruction and motivational training. It is packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help women reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the Boot Camp for you!

The Boot Camp will run from June 6 –August 2, 2009.

Session 1: Saturdays 7-830am                  Session 2: Sundays 7-830am

You have the choice to attend just once a week or both Saturday and Sunday.

Membership Options:

Daily Drop In Fee Per Person: $22

5 Session Punch Pass: $105

8 Session Punch Pass: $160

15 Session Punch Pass: $285

18 Session Punch Pass: $324

Punch Pass: Every time you attend a session, one session will be deducted from your total.

How Is My Boot Camp Different? My Goddess Boot Camp caters to all women... whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, shed many pounds, gain cardio, get tone, improve energy levels, improve health, or just have fun - I can help you... and you can count on me being there to help you every step of the way.

I don’t focus on the fanciest equipment or the coolest exercise - I use exercises that gets results. There is an incredibly valuable part of training that I had been overlooked by a lot of trainers for far too long. That is training with nothing more than your own bodyweight.  Sure, bodyweight exercises might seem simple. In fact, I had always thought that they were too simple to be of any use to me, but I learned that you have to do them right. Bodyweight exercises could be all that you ever need to do to build incredible strength. The great thing about bodyweight training is that regardless of age, strength, or experience level, everyone can do it - and everyone can benefit from it. It doesn't matter if you are a top-level athlete looking to sharpen your edge, a 300 lb. couch potato who hasn't done a pushup since high school or anybody in between. Bodyweight training can help you get results.

The Summer Goddess Boot Camp is going on right now, it is not too late to sign up -  you can still buy the punch pass. The punch pass is transferable, so if you have a group of people that want to join, buy the larger package to save some money.


  • Please arrive on time, warming up is one of the most important component of working out. If you are running late and we are already starting the session, make sure you warm up on your own before you jump into the circuits. To learn how to warm up properly click on this link.
  • To better organize the workout, I need a head count before the sessions. Please, email me and let me know what day you will be attending.
  • If you just want to attend the boot camp without purchasing a package, the daily drop in fee is $22. Cash or Check only (make checks payable to Fusion Training System)
  • Meet by the basketball court (on the back of the school) next to the tennis court, swimming pool and baseball field. If you park along the Rose Garden area or on Nagle and Dana, it is behind the Library.
  • What to bring: a great attitude, plenty of water, towel.
